OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Robans has always been attentive to social issues and aims to generate profit in ways that are socially just, responsible, and sustainable.
Since its founding, it has collaborated with the biggest brands in the fashion world, designing luxury garments and making them according to high standards and ethically sound principles, with an eye toward continuous improvement of working conditions.

Robans considers its employees and collaborators to be valuable and strategic resources and, to this end, is committed to complying with the sector's collective bargaining agreement, labor laws, Legislative Decree 81/2008, as amended, and the social responsibility requirements summarized in the SA8000 Social Responsibility Standard, for which it has certified since 2013.

Robans shares and promotes these principles not only with its own resources but also externally, carrying out a system of raising awareness of the entire supply chain with which it collaborates at different stages of processing.

Reports and complaints in relation to SA8000 requirements may be sent to the following addresses:

- accreditation body SAI - SAAS, 220 East 23rd Street, Suite 605 New York, New York 10010, USA or saas@saasaccreditation.org.

All reports will be taken up by the SA8000 Management Representative.
The company undertakes to provide a direct response in case the affected party is identifiable.
However, all reports are evaluated in the review and reported on the site along with the company's indicators.
